Browsing, browsing

Coming back to 43 feels like unpacking your stuff after more that a year of being away, although things have shifted around a bit. Things have been taken out and others put in… sort of like your luggage going through baggage inspection and then a rough flight, lol!

It’ll take me a few days to grasp it and reach cruising altitude ;)

Oh, goodie! This goal was already set up :)

Get reacquainted with 43 Things and my list

Things have changed quite a bit around here, not just the look. I’ve been browsing around this site, and more than 43 things have changed ;) And it is more than just looks; even the way the list is displayed has a different feel. 43 Places has changed a bit, too, yet All Consuming has not undergone any changes that I can notice.

The big change so far that I’ve noticed is the “fill-up questionnaire” after you complete a goal. I don’t think I’ll be filling it for the little goals, but I’ll leave it for the important ones.

So far, what I like the best is that many familiar faces are still around. That certainly puts a smile in my face and I’m happy to be back :)

Done!

This was faster than I thought it would be :)

43-day countdown to my 43rd birthday

I have been away of 43 Things for quite a while now, but since I’ll be turning 43 soon, lately, I have been thinking a lot about returning —and I have set my goal to return here 43 days before my big day. So here I am. Let the countdown begin…
My very first goal is accomplished: return to 43 Things :)

Less computer, more outdoors

These past few months, I’ve opted to drastically reduce my computer time and, instead, I have taken more walks, and done more gardening, and read more, and paint more.

I’m currently at 169 —from my original 178. It’s going very slowly, but steadily.

Painting Group

Earlier this year, I joined a local group to paint. Though I have only painted while at the outings, it has been a pleasant experience not only with watercolors, but with drawing as well.
