How to Become an Early Riser

Somewhere in the many ‘sleeping goals’ of 43 Things, someone recommended the article How to Become an Early Riser.

Basically, Steve Pavlina proposes two things:
  1. Going to bed when —and only when— you’re sleepy
  2. Get up at the same time everyday no matter how long you slept

He expands on the process and goes further to clarify in a second part.

Consequently, he states, your body will adjust and will demand to go to bed at a decent hour ;)

It really makes a lot of sense, so I’ll give it a try.
