Pas français

Last week, I immersed myself into cooking pozole. A Mexican dish I grew up with, I wanted to learn how to cook it. I did the white version first, and then the green version.

Though I enjoyed them all right, I probably won’t have them but once in a blue moon. The reason: it’s probably one of the least sensuous food in the whole world —so coarse and heavy, pas français :S
