I’m doing better on this goal, but I’m not quite yet drinking at least 2 liters a day.
I’m currently reading French Women Don’t Get Fat: The Secret of Eating For Pleasure, and the author introduces the idea of at least drinking one glass before bedtime and one after. She states that sleeping dehydrates the body. This is just the introduction; she will talk more about water later in the book.
So now, besides the glasses I drink everyday, I make sure I drink water right before and right after bedtime. I still need to keep better track of my water intake, but haven’t gotten that down yet :S
