My second week was as follows:
- day 8 = 1.8 liters
- day 9 = 2.0 liters
- day 10 = 2.0 liters
- day 11 = 1.3 liters
- day 12 = 2.0 liters
- day 13 = 0.7 liters
- day 14 = 1.4 liters
I have not reached my 2-liter goal yet, but I’ve been drinking juices also, which “compete” with my overall liquid intake.
On week 3, I’ll aim to have at least 2 or 3 days with a 2.5-liter intake.
