The luna nueva ;) will favor us this year with dark skies and awesome visibility to appreciate this famous meteor shower :)
The peak is forcasted to be Aug. 13th at 5h UT —but partial clouds are forecasted here in Seattle :S I might attempt to get out of town a bit to avoid city lights as well.
I’ll be attentive Sunday night, but I’ll be checking it out tonight as well, since we’ll be having clear skies tonight. Crossing fingers…
