Two caterings

Last weekend, we served two caterings. They turned out quite well. With each catering we do, we become more comfortable and at ease, but still, the work is very stressful. Unlike a restaurant, catering on site brings about extra challenges of transportation, food preservation, preparation, storing, serving, and bringing along ALL your supplies…

While I’m liking it, and it’s serving us as preparation to open our restaurant, I’m just hoping it’s not deviating us or slowing us to accomplish our main goal.
