Good book

More than a “diet book”, this one is about lifestyle and eating habits. It is targeted to people who are overweight (up to 25% over your ideal weight). For us who are a bit more than that —or a lot more—, we need an extra program. This book is a good guide to help maintain a healthy weight.

I found myself connecting with the author more times than not, especially in the way she addresses the eating habits we have. She emphasizes choosing quality over quantity, and that is her most important point, I think.

(The following I have previously posted in comments:)
Independently of the specific advice she gives, I think her overall point is to make a self-evaluation of how we eat and what we can do to eat better, for better health and for better body weight. I’m not one who encourages to follow this book by heart (or any other book or regimen for that matter), especially us who have more weight to lose and have more work to do than just to read this book. But I believe we can take a little (or a lot) of some of the pointers she and other authors address to improve our eating habits and to achieve our weight goal with the consequent health improvement.
