I reaped the one potato I planted, and five or six cute little potatoes came out. I originally planted it to then make a Spanish tortilla, but my dad would like to have them done mashed with fish, peppers, olives, and alioli —a recipe my grandma used to cook. I guess I’ll have to cave in…
