Thousands of seeds

Zinnia flowers ready to be seeded next to some dalia bulbs

I’ve left all my garden plants grow into seeds. They’ll be all to share, as I won’t be replanting this garden next season, because I’m moving abroad and won’t be able to take the seeds with me. I’ve already arranged with a local farmer to give him a good quantity of marigold seeds. He’ll give me a plant for my garden in exchange. I have some friends that are just setting up their new house in the country and will probably like to have seeds to plant a part of their large land.

Though I won’t see the results of my seed-saving, I find enormous pleasure in collecting seeds. I get completely absorbed and find it quite addictive.
