I’ve been trying quite a few new recipes lately. This week, I tried falafel. The recipe didn’t say how many servings, and, since I had never made them before, it was easy for me to just dump in 4 cups of chickpeas which, after cooked, turned to about 8!!
So, like someone here suggested, I ended up with a “mammoth batch” of falafel preparation. I think I’m going to freeze some to make a falafel party later on. I don’t know how well it freezes, but I can’t take anymore chickpeas. And I do like falafel, but you can like it only so much…
I might have mentioned too many times the word “falafel”, but they’ve really gotten into my veins! I know this will make me laugh when I think in retrospective!
