Zucchini bread

A couple of weeks ago, I tried the Zucchini-Bread recipe on epicurious.com. I did a couple tweaks, and it still came out deliciously moist… mmmmm…

My changes to the recipe were:
  • adjusted baking powder for altitude
  • substituted allspice with clove
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • substituted walnuts with pecans
