I’ve been meaning to write my commitment for this month, but I’ve been committing more to doing it than writing it. So here it is:
My daily “two-dues”- Do twice the repetitions I normally do for calisthenics and stretching
- Get rid of at least two magazines
- Keep drinking at least two liters of water
- Two pomodoros of decluttering
- Two pomodoros of photo editing
- At least two pomodoros of working on a task that will get me closer to living in France
And from tomorrow on, keep a record of my performance.
