Starting over

Over the last month, I have done miserably at this goal. Everything became chaotic, and it’s hard to focus. I had my meals all planned and then an unexpected trip happened, and then postponed, then again postponed, so I couldn’t do my meals correctly. Again last week I was retaking it, and a good friend of mine decided to visit. Yesterday I had to throw out so much stuff that was spoiled because I’ve been eating out so much lately.
Anyway, I can give 43 excuses here, but the bottom line is that last week I was weighing one pound more than my starting weight :( It could be less today, because I got some virus or bug that has kept me miserable with nausea and headaches and diarrhea the last couple of days, and I have felt like eating almost nothing, but definitely this is not the way that I want to lose weight :S
I anticipate that things won’t get any less chaotic the more I approach my leaving date, so I’ll need to re-approach this goal once my headache clears and I have a clearer head.
