I ate something that was definitely not healthy, or maybe even rotten, and I’ve been feeling terrible for the last couple of days, and that has made my morale-o-meter plunge to 3. My head wants to explode because of my nausea and other digestive problems.
Over the long weekend, I had friends over visiting, and we ate many things at many places, so it’s hard to figure out what exactly caused this, although the breakfast eggs sound highly suspicious.
Whatever caused it, this incident should be a good reminder that eating healthy not only means nutritious food, but also clean, fresh, and from reliable sources. the breakfast was at the hotel they were staying, and this kind of thing can happen anywhere really.
It is very easy to soon forget, but I hope to keep this as a reminder of mindful healthy eating.
